Bookeasy Pay powered by Kovena is Bookeasy’s integrated payment gateway, allowing you to securely process payments directly through your Bookeasy console.

Follow the steps below to commence your Bookeasy Pay application. You’ll be guided through the application process within the system and asked to provide the required business and banking information.

Commence Application

1. Navigate to the left hand menu 

2. Click Secure Travel Payments 

3. An application will open in the console, click Let's get started to commence. 

Tip: If the left-hand menu is covering or hiding part of the application, use the toggle in the top-right corner of the screen to collapse the menu.

Once approved, a team member will be in contact to setup your gateway in the console and run through how to make payments and refunds.
