This guide walks you through the process of logging into Bookeasy for the first time. You will need access to the email address associated with your user account, as the system will send a verification code to confirm your identity and we strongly recommend resetting your password during this initial login for security purposes. Ensure you have your email accessible before beginning the login process.


  1. Navigate to https://console.roommanager.com.au/login.aspx
  2. Click Forgot password
  3. Enter Username > Click Save
    Note: If you cannot remember your username, please reach out to support@bookeasy.com
  4. This will trigger an email to be sent to you from noreply@bookeasy.com 
  5. In the email, click Reset Password
  6. A new window will open > Add New Password > Confirm Password > Click Next 
    Note: Your password must contain at least 12 characters, one number, one letter and one special character eg. !@#$%^&*()
  7. This will trigger an email to be sent to you from noreply@bookeasy.com with a verification code
  8. Once received, type in the Verification Code > Click Next > Click Go to Login Page
  9. Enter Username > Enter Password > Login
  10. This will trigger an email to be sent to you from noreply@bookeasy.com with a verification code
  11. One received, type in the Verification Code > Click Continue
    Note: Click the checkbox for the system to remember the location so you are not asked for a verification code on your next login with the same device.
