Adding extras to a booking allows you to apply additional charges or services after a booking has been made. This article will guide you through adding extras on the backend so billing and booking details remain accurate.

- Navigate to your Reservations Calendar (Third icon at the top of your screen) or to the left-hand menu (3 lines in the top left hand corner) > Click Make/ Manage Bookings > View my Reservations Calendar
- Using the Keywords search field , search for the booking > Click Search
- Select your Booking
- Under the Reservation tab, scroll down to Extras > Click Add Extra
- Select Qty > Select Item from the drop down menu > Enter Description to show on the itinerary details
- If required under the Itinerary Details you can override the price
- Click Save Changes & Payment
