Switching Between Bookings [#16600]

Resolved an issue that prevented operators from switching between bookings when viewing multi booking itineraries.

Letters Automatic Send Functionality [#16781]

Fixed some bugs that prevented letters from correctly sending when enabled/configured to automatically send.
