Stripe Payment Gateway Error Codes [#15929]

Enhancements have been made to the Stripe payment gateway integration, so that appropriate error code descriptions are displayed when a payment fails.

Added Cook Islands to Country Selectors [#15953]

Added an item selection for 'Cook Islands' on 'Country' dropdowns across all booking applications. The country can also be seen on Phone Numbers dropdown with '+682' code.
