Improvements & Bug Fixes:

Reservation Search & Reservations Calendar [#15698]

When the reservations keyword search runs, at times (1/50 times) the SQL server could choose an incorrect path, where it would then locate the data the slowest way possible, resulting in a timeout which displays an error page. Improvements have been made to the SQL Server queries run in order to prevent this from occurring.

In addition, you can now use the keyword search to search mobile phone numbers.

Letters Auto Sending [#15003]

Fixed a bug that prevented multiple letters from sending to guests, in the event multiple letters were set up to trigger in relation to a booking's status. Prior to the fix, only one letter would send. Now, if multiple letters are set up to send when a booking status changes to the required status set to trigger the letters, all letters will send.

Guest Salutation for Direct Website Bookings [#15461]

Bookings made via your website's Online Booking Engine will no longer record a "Mr & Mrs" default salutation. Salutations can still be set when viewing/editing a reservation.

Recording Payments for Stored Credit Cards [#15639]

Resolved a bug for some users that were receiving an error screen when attempting to record and save a Gateway payment using stored gateway credit card details.

To Do List "New Online Bookings" [#15645]

Your "New Online Bookings" To Do list bookings previously contained a condition that would not display a booking if the room had been allocated. That condition has now been removed. As a result, bookings will display in the "New Online Bookings" To Do list until it has been opened and viewed.
