Room Manager successfully released the below changes into the live production system overnight. Should you require further information in regards to any of the below features, please reach out to our friendly Room Manager Support team who will be more than happy to help.



If you have a room type that only has one actual room setup, your reservations will now auto-allocate into your reservations calendar.
This is exciting new functionality for those properties who only have one of particular room type, removing any further action required to allocate your reservations.

This functionality will work to auto-allocate your 1 x Superior Room reservation, even if you have 3 x Deluxe Rooms that won't auto-allocate. It will also work to auto-allocate, even if you have linked availability.

In the coming days, Room Manager will be running a data fix to apply the auto-allocation to any future bookings that you have received that have not yet been allocated following this logic.
