To send an e-mail to a guest, first find their reservation under the "Reservation Calendar"



1. Make sure the booking has saved and you have an Itinerary number. Select the Correspondence tab.

2. Then click on one of the drop-down boxes to choose the letter you wish to send.

3. You can then view the e-mail and add any additional information prior to sending. You can also send and copy yourself in by viewing the e-mail first.

If you don't need to view the letter, just click the send link. A message will appear saying the e-mail was sent successfully and the date and time will appear in the internal notes section. 

4. The internal notes will only be timestamped, once the guest/ operator email server has confirmed that they have successfully processed the email.
