Improvements:

NEW RESERVATION SEARCH SCREEN 

In addition to your current Reservations Calendar, we are excited to introduce a brand new Reservations Search screen. The new Reservations Search screen will provide you with a quick and easy way to search, locate, view and export your reservations.

You can search by keyword or use preset filters such as stay date, booking date, arrival/departure dates etc. Searches can also be conducted on one or multiple rooms, booking sources or booking status, with the search results easily exported to a CSV document.

Find your new Reservations Search in your left hand menu > Make/Manage Bookings > Reservations Search or use your filter menu options.

APPLY MULTIPLE PAYMENT GATEWAYS

New functionality is now available that will provide you with the option to setup multiple payment options for your guests, and you, to choose between.

For example, if you currently utilise SecurePay, eWay, Windcave or Bendigo Bank as your credit card payment gateway provider, you will now have the option to also add PayPal as an additional payment option for your customers.

Once activated, your second payment gateway will automatically appear as a payment option via your website booking engine. They will also appear as an additional gateway payment option when recording payments internally in your Room Manager Console.

Manage your payment gateways in your left hand menu > Setup > Credit Card & Payment Options and set up under 'Payment Gateway Setup' or use your filter menu options.

NEW PAYMENT TYPES SCREEN

Your Room Manager console will now have a new screen, whereby you can deactivate or activate various payment types available for your to select from when recording payments internally.

You now have the ability to deselect payment types not in use, thereby streamlining the list of payment types listed when recording payments.

Find your new Payment Types screen in your left hand menu > Setup >Payment Types or use your filter menu options.

Please note that some payment types are mandatory and are unable to be deselected, such as:

• Gateway
• Commissions
• Agent Voucher

ARCHIVE ROOMS INSTEAD OF DELETING THEM 

Enhancements have been made so that you can no longer 'delete' rooms in your Room Manager console.  Instead, you will be able to "Archive" rooms when they are no longer required.

Deleting a room meant that you all deleted all past-booking data attached to that room, so by archiving you will still maintain access to booking data for reporting and you will have the ability to 'un-archive' a room at any time.

Bug Fixes:

Availability Calendar IE11 Display Issue  

We resolved an issue that prevented the sticky header of the availability calendar from displaying as a user scrolled down the page when using the Internet Explorer 11 browser.

We resolved an issue that was preventing them from editing e-Newsletters via the on-screen editor when using Internet Explorer 11 and Chrome browsers.
